Are you ready to join a youth-driven space for art and justice in the heart of the Edison neighborhood? Do you want to be challenged, bring your whole self to work, have a lot of fun, be inspired frequently, and make a significant impact as an adult ally to youth? Fire is looking for a Part-time Program Assistant to support the growing work of facilitating social emotional learning based programs while tending to the youth-driven space offering art and justice based programs for youth ages 10 - 21. Our programming provides the opportunity for youth to become future leaders within the community through social and emotional learning in creative-based workshops, seasonal events, retreats, monthly Open Mics, mutual aid efforts and art based collaborative workshops.

ITS ALMOST TIME FOR ANOTHER WAACC!! Saturday October 10 12pm-4pm

Experience Art in Edison through a crawl of gallery showings at local businesses!
Sip a cup of c***r while meandering the live Poetry Walk with Kalamazoo Poetry Collective! This all takes place between 12pm and 2pm
And finally wind up at WASH/CAM (ENA's favorite empty lot) for free Wurst of The West, dance performance by Move with Joy, musical performances curated by Blackmagic Media and lots of WAACCtivities with our partners like Guild! 2pm-4pm!
We will also have a free art swap so if you're looking to let go of some of your work and might need something new, check out the Free Art Table!

If you hold space to wanting to donate to our community store, we ask that you set primary focus to these items so that we can ensure that we are giving the best resources those who are experiencing need in different ways.
