Another major investment is taking shape in Will County.

This morning the Rock Run Collection celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 120,000-square-foot DICK’S House of Sport, slated to open in 2027. The retailer will be the first DICK’S House of Sport built from the ground up in the Chicagoland area, featuring a climbing wall, golf bays with simulators, and multi-sport cages for baseball, softball, lacrosse, and soccer.

As a CED Investor, Cullinan Properties LTD. continues to contribute to the region’s growth through new development and investment. Projects like this add new retail, recreational, and economic opportunities for residents while reflecting what can be accomplished through strong public and private partnerships.

We look forward to seeing this project take shape and the continued investment happening at RockRun and across Will County.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Dolly Parton, whose vision and generosity have helped put books into the hands of millions of children through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. ❤️📚

Through the Will County Center for Economic Development Foundation, we are proud to support the Imagination Library of Will County in partnership with the Will County Executive’s Office. The program provides children from birth to age five with a free, age-appropriate book delivered directly to their home each month, helping families build a love of reading from an early age.

We hope Dolly’s dream of putting a book in the hands of every child continues to flourish right here in Will County. We encourage everyone to learn more about the Imagination Library of Will County on their website https://ow.ly/pvWq50ZFREK

Dolly’s legacy lives on in every child who opens a book, discovers a new world, and finds a lifelong love of literature. 📖✨
