Today marks ten years since Dr. Rusty and Pastor Victoria Railey stepped into the role of Lead Pastors at Victory City Church, and what a decade it has been.
For ten years, you have led with steadiness when others wavered, with faith when circumstances shifted, and with conviction when culture pressed in. You have been steadfast in prayer, unwavering in vision, and anchored in the unchanging Word of God. Through every season, you have modeled what faithful, obedient, Spirit-led leadership truly looks like.
Today we celebrate 10 years of courageous “yes.”
Ten years of believing God for more.
Ten years of preaching truth without compromise.
Ten years of loving people well.
But more than celebrating years, we celebrate fruit.
Because of your obedience, people have encountered Jesus, not just in word, but in power. The lost have been saved. The weary have been restored. The broken have found healing. Leaders have been raised up. Families have been strengthened. What you have built is not about platforms or programs, it is about pointing people to Christ.
Your sacrifice behind the scenes, the prayers no one heard, the tears no one saw, the perseverance through unseen battles, all of it has edified more than a church. It has strengthened a movement of people who love Jesus deeply and live on mission intentionally.
You have continually redirected every honor back to Him. And that is why we honor you, because your leadership has always lifted the name of Jesus above your own.
Victory City Church is stronger because you lead it. We are grateful for your covering. We are honored to serve alongside you. And we are filled with faith for the next decade and beyond, believing that the same God who has been faithful will continue to do exceedingly, abundantly above all we could ask or imagine.
