Champion Oaks Ranch Rebuilding families...one child at a time. We work hard to show our clients that there is hope and opportunity for healing.

At Champion Oaks Ranch, our goal is to address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of a child and to help guide the family to a place of healing, restoration and unity. We use horses to provide children and families constant and much-needed support and guidance through our therapeutic equine program. We help families experiencing conflict resulting from tragic life events learn skills that will help them navigate through their difficult time.

🐴 WE’RE HIRING — FULL-TIME BARN MANAGER! 🐴

Champion Oaks Ranch is looking for a dependable, hardworking, experienced horse person to join our team as a Full-Time Barn Manager (30–40 hours per week).

We’re looking for someone who:
🐎 Has at least 2 years of horse experience
❤️ Has a passion for God, kids, horses & purpose
💪 Is self-motivated, organized, dependable, and able to handle the physical demands of barn work
🐴 Can confidently handle, ride, train, and care for horses
🚚 Has a valid driver’s license and can drive a truck and pull a trailer
🤝 Works well as part of a team

This position is responsible for the daily care of our horses, barn and arena upkeep, horse health needs, equipment, and training and ensuring our horses are ready to serve our clients.
