Today, we had the incredible honor of receiving 40 backpacks filled with comfort items for children entering foster care and 50 duffel bags for youth in care. These backpacks are thoughtfully packed with items to provide comfort during one of the most difficult transitions a child can experience, while the duffel bags ensure that children no longer have to carry their belongings in trash bags.

We are deeply grateful to Rob Scheer and Comfort Cases for their unwavering commitment to bringing dignity, hope, and compassion to children in foster care. We are honored to be part of this important mission and to help ensure that every child feels valued and cared for.

Today we celebrated the Thurston family as they made their kinship journey official through adoption!
