Mark’s Place is back! ❤️

Thank you to the Shawnee Lake community, friends and family and the Mark Kreusch Memorial Fund for the support and generous donations. We have rebuilt the playset at the lake to honor and remember the precious life of Mark Kreusch. We hope many children enjoy the playset for many years. Please join us in sending love and prayers to the Kreusch family!

Update on the Mark Kreusch Memorial Playset at Shawnee Lake … the playset is on order! The ground work has been started and the set will be installed soon!

Thanks to the generous support from the community, we have officially raised $5000 towards our goal. In addition, we are expecting a few other donations and we have a family committed to covering the costs of the landscaping and mulch work. We are still accepting donations to help close the gap.

We also have full support from the Mark Kreusch Memorial Fund, including a generous donation towards the playset. We are blessed to work with this amazing organization and family! We honor the life of Mark Kreusch with this special place for children to play!

Please see the attached flyer for information on donating to the fund to replace the Mark Kreusch Memorial Playset at Shawnee Lake. Our goal is to raise $8000 to install another high quality playset. We appreciate all support!
Also, I encourage people to look at markkreusch.com and learn about the incredible Memorial Fund that Mark’s family founded to honor Mark’s life and spirit. While we have installed this playset at Shawnee Lake for the children to enjoy in Mark’s memory, the Kreusch family and friends have continued to hold fundraisers and support grants and provide scholarships in the Dayton area. “Leave a MARK on a child’s life”. 💕

It’s Ski Show Week and this just popped up on my Facebook memories! Allison and Aleah with “The End” flag in 2001 when they were 18 months old! 💕💕

We are always looking for participants of all ages 😀 Contact Mindy at (937)371-8143 if you are interested in the ski show!

The Mark Kreusch Memorial Playset was installed at Shawnee Lake in 2008 in memory of the loss of a precious young life. The club held a fundraising event and collected donations to pay for the memorial.
The playset has been enjoyed by many children over the years. Unfortunately, it now has damage beyond repair. We plan to collect money and hold fundraisers for a replacement.
We are working on the details and will share as we can. If anyone is interested in contributing, please contact me and/or look for an update post! We appreciate all support! I can be reached at (937)371-8143.
