We enjoyed an exciting behind-the-scenes tour of Sally Dark Rides in Jacksonville, Florida, as part of our October theme, Ignite the Imagination!

We explored the creativity, technology, and storytelling that bring incredible dark rides to life, learned about the company’s history, and discovered how imagination turns big ideas into unforgettable experiences.

A taste of China, a table full of memories! 🥢🏮We enjoyed a special Red Lantern Chinese-Inspired Dinner, featuring delicious creations by Executive Chef Joe and Sous Chef Tom Monahan.

From Mongolian beef and sweet-and-sour pork to vegetable fried rice, lo mein, and bok choy, every dish brought wonderful flavors and a taste of Chinese cuisine to our table!

With talented culinary teams crafting memorable meals in our scratch-cooked kitchens, dining becomes an opportunity to explore new cultures, connect with friends, and savor life together.
