There's something special about learning from a leader who started right where our interns are sitting today. Our COO, Kate Mays, opened Leadership Talk Tuesdays yesterday by taking our interns back to where it all began for her, as an intern herself 20 years ago. She encouraged them to soak it all up, give everything they have, and always push beyond their limits. Kate is proof of what's possible, and our interns got a front row seat to her story.
