Athletes, how are you prioritizing your peace of mind this month?

Mental Health Awareness Month: Support for Our Athletes

The strength it takes to play the game is nothing compared to the strength it takes to speak up. This May, we are focusing on the mental well-being of those who give their all on the field.

• You Are Not Alone: Mothers of Motivated Sons (M.O.M.S.) wants you to know you don't have to go through it alone.
• It’s Okay to Struggle: It’s ok not to be ok. Taking off the helmet and being honest about your mental health is a sign of true leadership.
• Strength in Community: We are dedicated to supporting our athletes through every season of life.

To the young men entering the draft: Your journey is a testament to your discipline. While we celebrate this milestone, remember that a true leader isn't defined by their start, but by the legacy they build through their finish. We honor the gratitude required to reach this level Allen Hurnsting for your continued transformation.

Our brand ambassador,
Allen Hurns—a true legend, leader, and master of the game—embodies the Internal Mastery required to turn a beginning into a lifelong standard of excellence."

HAPPY WOMEN'S DAY šŸ¤

HER-ITā„¢ļø

Unsilence Her • Hear Her • Honor Her

To every woman who has ever felt overlooked, unheard, or underestimated…

This is your reminder:

You are not defined by the silence you endured. You are defined by the strength it took to rise beyond it.

Your story matters. Your healing matters. Your voice matters.

Every scar carries wisdom. Every prayer carries power. Every step forward is proof that you are becoming the woman you were always meant to be.

HER-ITā„¢ļø exists for the moment a woman realizes:

✨ My voice will no longer be hidden.
✨ My truth deserves to be heard.
✨ My story has the power to help someone else rise.

To every woman reading this— Stand tall. Speak boldly. Walk confidently in the power of who you are becoming.

Because when one woman finds her voice… she gives permission for others to do the same.

šŸ¦‹ Welcome to HER-ITā„¢ļø
✨ ā€œWhere her voice becomes her victory.ā€

Keep Shining Sis. We see you and we're rooting for you. šŸ¤
Dr. Erica Wilson & Shawana McCloud

TAG A HER. You're HER.

Behind the trophy is a mother who believed first.

MALACHI HONORED! šŸ†

Congratulations to Malachi Toney on receiving the FWAA Offensive Freshman of the Year Award at the ceremony held February 23rd at Steve Spurrier’s Gridiron Grille.

Introduced by Head Coach Mario Cristobal, this moment represents discipline, development, and dedication paying off.

At NFL Moms Media, we celebrate the journey, the foundation, and the families behind the athlete.

šŸ‘šŸ¾ Congratulations to Malachi and the entire Hurricanes program!

The truth doesn’t pay as well as a scandal. Watching how the Michael Jordan narrative is being stretched for views is a massive reality check for our athlete families. We are living in an era where people will happily tarnish a player’s character if it means more likes, more followers, and a bigger payout.

To my fellow parents and athletes: Your reputation is your most valuable asset, but to a stranger with a camera, it’s just content.

* Teach your kids: Character is what you do; reputation is what others say.
• Protect the circle: Not everyone who wants a "story" has your best interest at heart.
• Stay grounded: Don't let the noise define the work.

Tip 101: Proverbs 10:4

Lazy hands don’t just lose games. They lose opportunities.

You can have talent. You can have size. You can have speed.

But if your work ethic is weak, your potential will stay broke.

A slack hand in sports looks like:

Skipping reps. Coasting in practice. Blaming coaches.
Posting more than you prepare. Wanting the spotlight without surviving the grind.

That mindset produces poverty — not just financially,
but in discipline, respect, and longevity.

But the diligent hand?

That’s the athlete who trains when nobody is watching.
Studies film. Shows up early.
Stays late. Listens. Learns.
Adjusts.

Diligence builds more than stats.

It builds reputation. It builds trust. It builds staying power.

Because in sports —
talent might open the door,
but discipline keeps you in the room.

Lazy hands hope for offers.
Diligent hands earn them.

Cam Newton this is amazing and was right on time with my word this morning. God bless you King. šŸ™šŸ½šŸ’ŖšŸ½šŸ’›šŸ–¤

Some success is expensive. It just doesn’t charge you upfront.

To the sports moms and athletes who want it fast…

I understand the dream.
The scholarships.
The rankings.
The offers.
The league.

But fast success in sports can cost something most people don’t calculate:

Character.
Confidence.
Identity.
Integrity.

Not every shortcut looks wrong.
Some just look quicker.

But if the foundation isn’t solid,
the spotlight becomes pressure.

As a mother, I’m not against ambition.
I’m against skipping development.

Because what we build in our athletes now
will either sustain them later…
or expose them later.

Are we developing the player —
or just chasing the platform?

There was a time when the lights were bright, the crowds were loud, and football felt like everything. Friday nights. Early mornings. Long practices. Big dreams.

I remember sitting in the stands watching my son play, praying for protection, cheering for every yard, celebrating every win. In those moments, it was easy to think the accolades were the goal.

But time has a way of shifting your perspective.

Now I watch him in a different season of life — being an incredible father, a present son, a man of character. And I realize… the trophies were never the greatest achievement.

The greatest achievement is the man he became.

The laughter around the table. The way he loves his children. The way he still calls his mama. The way he shows up.

Football was a chapter. Family is the legacy.

Let me ask you something…

If the game ended tomorrow, would your child still feel just as valued?
Would they know they are loved beyond their performance?

Because one day the crowd gets quiet — and all that remains is who we were to the people we love.

Let’s make sure we’re raising whole humans, not just athletes.

If this speaks to you, share it with a parent who needs this reminder today.

There is life after football.

And as much as I loved cheering in the stands… I love this season even more.

Because the most important thing I ever taught my son was this: You are more than an athlete. You are more than a jersey. You are more than a number.

The game can end. The lights can dim. The crowd can go home.

But who you are? That remains.

Parents, let me ask you something that may be uncomfortable…

If your son never played another down again — would you still show up the same way? Would you still sacrifice the same way?
Would you still invest the same way?

Did we love the child…
or the platform?

Our sons must know they are valued for their character, their heart, their integrity — not just their stats.

Football is what he did.
It was never who he was.

And loving life after the game is proof that we did it right.
