On behalf of the ASCE Orange County Mentorship Committee, thank you so much to everyone who joined us for last week’s Annual Speed Mentorship Event at Zephyr Rail’s Orange Office! 🚂

This event marked the exciting kick-off to our 2026-2027 Mentorship Program cohort and we’re thrilled to be back! 💕 We’re so grateful for your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to building meaningful connections within our local civil engineering community. Here’s to a fantastic year of mentorship ahead!

Join ASCE OC YMF's JEDI & Community Service Committees for our Annual Friendsgiving Potluck & Volunteer Event on Friday, November 13th! Bring a dish that represents your culture or a favorite holiday dish and celebrate the diverse stories and experiences that make our community stronger. ✨

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we'll also be preparing PB&J sandwiches and assembling essential care items for donation to the Long Beach Rescue Mission. All attendees are welcome to participate and help make a positive impact in our community. ❤️

On Saturday, September 26th, ASCE Orange County officers and members attended the ASCE Los Angeles Section Annual Awards Luncheon aboard the historic Queen Mary. ⚓🏆

The event celebrated outstanding achievements across the civil engineering profession and recognized the incoming Section leadership. Congratulations to all award recipients and newly installed board members for their dedication to advancing our industry and communities!

Late last month, our 2026-2027 ASCE OC YMF Board spent the weekend in Big Bear for our Annual Leadership Retreat! 🏔️

We had such a fun time brainstorming ideas for the year, getting to know each other better, and of course, kayaking! We’re really excited for everything we have planned come to fruition and look forward to welcoming everyone to our events! 💕

On September 17th, ASCE OC Branch & YMF members came together at Angel Stadium for an evening of baseball, networking, and good company. Members cheered on the Los Angeles Angels as they took on the Minnesota Twins while catching up with fellow engineers and making new connections across the industry.

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the ASCE Orange County’s 2026 History & Heritage/Student Scholarship Night, hosted by ASCE Orange County Branch and ASCE Orange County Younger Member Forum (YMF) on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026 at the Delta hotels By Marriot, Anaheim-Garden Grove, CA.

The History & Heritage/Student Scholarship Night (HHSSN) is an annual event for the local civil engineering community that brings together college students, early career professionals, and accomplished industry professionals from universities, private firms, and public agencies across Orange County.
