Mission: To conserve natural resources and promote sustainable outdoor recreation.

The Izaak Walton League was founded by people who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and other outdoor recreation, and they knew these activities depend on clean water, abundant wildlife, and a healthy environment. Today, the League works to conserve natural resources and promote sustainable outdoor recreation. If you are looking for a place to enjoy outdoor recreation, from fishing and hiking to target shooting and camping, League chapters nationwide offer great options.
