Directed at no company in particular… 👀

Just a friendly reminder that hardworking people deserve a FAIR CONTRACT.

Nothing to see here. Just some good old-fashioned union solidarity. ✊⚙️

Just remember a fair contract isn’t asking for too much!

08/16/2026

The men and women of IAM Local 2018 at Elkhart Brass are asking for something simple: a fair contract and the respect they’ve earned.

These are the workers who show up every day, put in the hours, and use their skill and experience to build the products that have made Elkhart Brass successful. They take pride in the work they do and in the reputation they’ve helped build.

Now, during contract negotiations, they deserve to have their voices heard.

This isn’t about asking for the impossible. It’s about fair wages, fair treatment, respect on the job, and a contract that recognizes the people behind the product.

When workers aren’t heard individually, we speak together.

IAM Local 2018 stands in solidarity with our brothers and sisters at Elkhart Brass.

Fair contract. Respect. Solidarity.

🚨CONTRACT RATIFICATION🚨

Congratulations to our IAM Local 2018 Brothers and Sisters at BAE in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on ratifying a strong four-year collective bargaining agreement!

This agreement delivers $7.50 in wage increases over four years along with major improvements for the membership:

⚙️ $7.50 in wage increases over 4 years
✊Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day added as a holiday
⚙️ Improved personal-time usage
✊Stronger grievance & Just Cause language
⚙️ Increased tool allowance
✊Greater job security and severance protections
⚙️ Flex-time provisions

These gains didn’t happen by accident.

They happened because union members stood together, bargained together, and understood the power they have when they refuse to stand alone.

Every wage increase. Every protection. Every improvement in working conditions is another reminder of why collective bargaining matters.

When working people stand together, we don’t ask for a better future we bargain for it.

Congratulations to the BAE membership and everyone who put in the work at the bargaining table.

✊ STRONG MEMBERS. STRONG CONTRACTS. STRONG UNION. 🇺🇸

SOLIDARITY DELIVERS.

A union is only as strong as the members standing behind it. ✊

Different jobs. Different shops. Different backgrounds. But when it matters, we stand as one.

That’s what solidarity means.

We stand together. We fight together. We win together.

IAM Local 2018 Together We Win.

08/11/2026

Solidarity isn’t just a word it’s what makes a union strong.

Every member. Every shop. Every voice.

When we stand together, we’re stronger at the bargaining table, stronger in our workplaces, and stronger as a Local.

Proud to be Union. Proud to be IAM. Proud to be Local 2018.
