We’re starting a new series today: “The Sevenfold Spirit: One Spirit. Seven Expressions. Discover His Fullness.”

There is a dimension of the Holy Spirit that we can know beyond simply experiencing His presence.
Isaiah saw the coming Messiah and prophesied: “The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him…” Isaiah 11:2
Not visit. REST.

The Branch would come. The Spirit would rest upon Him. And through Him would be revealed wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, and the fear of the Lord.
Then Jesus came and we see Isaiah's prophecy come alive.

But here's the question: What does the Spirit resting upon Christ have to do with us?
The same Spirit now dwells in His people.
So what does it mean for the Spirit to rest upon us?
What allows Him to operate freely through our lives?
What hinders His work?
And why do we desperately need these seven expressions of the Spirit in our everyday lives?

Over the next five weeks, we are going deeper.
Not simply into what the Spirit can do, but into what happens when we become a people in whom His presence can rest.

You may not understand the future yet, but you can trust the One who does. Don’t let doubt starve what faith has already said yes to.
