Don’t wait until the last minute! Time to enter the Edna YRA rodeo on September 11,12. This is a 1 go rodeo. Go to www.yratx.com under the online entry tab to enter. Information for directions , stalls and hookups are under the schedule tab. 🏆 YRA is excited to provide a Houston Livestock Show Invitational Qualifier. Your time from YRA counts for qualifier. Top 5 from each event qualify. 1 go rodeo so will be convenient to get qualified. Go to

IMPORTANT! Are you READY?? Bryan YRA rodeo is this weekend August 14-16. This is a 1 go /short go rodeo. Join YRA and enter Bryan YRA TODAY , Tuesday before 6pm to avoid late fees. Don’t wait until the last minute and forget!! ? Bryan is also a Junior Hooey Patriot Qualifier. Info on how to enter qualifier is on the YRA website under the qualifier tab and must be done by Thursday at 6pm. Also new this year for STEER WRESTLING we will have 3 rounds at Bryan #1 so that will be 3 rodeos for steer wrestling at 11:00 am Saturday. We will have good steers at that location and that will count for first 3 rodeos. This will now be called Open Steer wrestling and any age group can enter and it will count. We will have John Schueneman there to haze if you need a hazer. Chute doggers can now also steer wrestle. Tell your steer wrestling friends. Recruit more steer wrestlers. Check out the new schedule. Mark your calendars. This is an awesome roping. Get your fees in now they only take 100! 100% payback is amazing. They give a scholarship in memory of Sydney Arthur to YRA so please support the roping! 15 u incentive also.

Please note that today, May 2nd, marks the final day for entering the YRA finals, with online entries accepted at www.yratx.com. The Edna YRA event is scheduled to take place on May 8-10 and will be held in memory of Coby Sablatura. Eight Outlaw Spirit buckles will be awarded to the all around champions. Participants must submit their entries by May 5th before 6 pm to avoid a late fee. Edna is also a Vegas Tuffest Qualifier. Please enter through the YRA website under the online entry tab. No entries taken at the rodeo. Remember if you are trying to qualify in a different age group you must enter that age group in YRA also if the event involves stock. Speed events such as barrels and poles times carry over. Non-members are welcome.

Save the date for the upcoming Giddings YRA Clyde Maass Memorial rodeo, set to take place on May 1-2. Go online now to enter at www.yratx.com and online entry tab to enter. This event is also designated as a Junior Hooey Patriot, and entries can be submitted online at https://patriotevent.com/hooey-junior-patriot/. Remember if you are trying to qualify in another age group in an event that requires stock you have to enter that age group in YRA also. We will be giving 8 custom made Outlaw Spirit buckles away in memory of Mr. Clyde Maass. Non members are welcome.
