A huge thank you to Oasis Hospice for helping us kick off our Covenant Fund fundraising efforts with a fun-filled Casino Style Bingo Party!

The Covenant Fund helps residents who experience financial hardship due to circumstances beyond their control, ensuring they can remain in the home and community they love. Every donation helps keep this promise alive and honors our legacy of compassion and care.

Want to continue supporting the Covenant Fund? Join us this Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Creekside for our Barbecue Fundraiser. Enjoy a delicious meal while helping us care for seniors who need us most.

Today is the start of our nurses week here at Creekside! We began with a special Blessing of the Hands ceremony to honor the compassionate hands that serve, comfort, heal, and care for our residents each and every day.

From nurses and caregivers to every team member who gives so much of themselves, your hands make a difference in countless lives. Thank you for the kindness, patience, and love you show through your work every day.

We are grateful for each of you and the heart you bring to Creekside. 💙

Our seniors at Creekside had the joy of sitting down with ten graduating seniors from New Waverly High School for a meaningful Senior to Senior moment. Together, they shared stories, wisdom, and laughter as our residents reflected on what they would say to their 18-year-old selves, while the students opened up about their dreams, goals, and plans for the future.

It was a beautiful reminder that no matter where you are in life, there is always something to learn and something to share.

Thank you to these incredible students for spending time with us and allowing such genuine connections to form.

The future is bright ✨

We had such a wonderful day at The Gathering Place today! ☀️

The day was full of activities, laughter, and great company. From fun games to time spent visiting with friends, it was one of those days that reminds us how special our community truly is. Moments like these bring everyone together and make The Gathering Place such a joyful place to be.
