Reentry is hard enough on its own.

Add the weight of mental health challenges, and the road forward becomes even more difficult to navigate. Anxiety, trauma, and uncertainty don't disappear at the prison gates. For many individuals returning to their communities, those burdens follow them. And too often, they face them without real support.

At Farming2Freedom, we believe that addressing the whole person matters. Healing takes time, and it takes community.
