What an amazing day!! The ladies with Hershey Girl Scouts troop 11293 did an AMAZING job!! This was the absolute best event ever ❤️
We were able to see how some of our dogs act in a public setting, how they act around dogs (not in boarding), and how they act around people in general. This is crucial for us to know to successfully place them. They all did amazing! 🤩

We are here with all of our doggies and volunteers!!! Spreading the word and lots of doggie snuggles! The Girl Scouts and Cocoa Kitties are here as well. We hear the wine slushies are divoon 💕

🚨 MISSION: 14 HOMES FOR 14 HEROES 🚨

We currently have 14 wonderful dogs at Rowquin Rescue who are dreaming of a couch, a quiet corner, and a family to call their own while they wait for their forever homes.

The best part? Fostering with us is 100% FREE!

We know that times are busy, so we make sure the only thing you have to worry about is providing the love. Rowquin Rescue covers all costs, including:

🍗 Food & Treats

🧸 Bedding, Crates, & Toys

🏥 All Veterinary Care & Medications

Why we need YOU:

By taking one of these 14 dogs into your home, you aren't just helping that one pup—you are literally saving two lives: the dog you welcome in, and the dog we now have space to pull from an urgent situation.

🐾 What does a Foster do?

Provides a soft place to sleep and basic manners.

Helps us "get to know" the dog (Are they a fan of squirrels? Do they love naps or hikes?).

Gives them the decompression time they need to go from "rescue dog" to "family dog."

From seniors like Rocco to energetic pups like Bluey, we have a match for every household type!

Update! Our two fluffy favorites are actually Pomskies, which means you get all that stunning Husky beauty in a much smaller, manageable package. These three are looking for their forever homes at Rowquin Rescue!

🦴 Rocco | Boxer | 5 Years Old
Rocco is the ultimate "soul dog." This 5-year-old Boxer is a professional co-pilot and a master of the soulful gaze. He’s a happy, loyal gentleman who is more than ready to settle into a couch and a heart of his own.

💜 Rory | Pomsky | 5 Years Old
Rory is a 5-year-old girl who is practically a living stuffed animal! With her striking blue eyes and constant "smile," she is as sweet as she looks. Being a Pomsky, she’s the perfect size for someone who loves the Husky look but prefers a more compact companion.

⚡ Bluey | Pomsky | 6 Months Old
Meet our little "mini-wolf" in training! Bluey is a 6-month-old Pomsky puppy with energy to spare and a lot of love to give. He is at the perfect age for training and bonding, and he's looking for a family to help him grow into the best boy.
