All new dishes, never before made at camp, and they had to include surprise ingredients revealed just 2 minutes before cooking started.

* Caprese Salad with tomato, fresh mozzarella, balsamic drizzle

* Hand stretched pizza (pepperoni, and margherita) on home made dough, cooked in a pellet fired pizza oven. Cheese in the crust too!

* Raspberry Lime Ricky

* Golden Chili Beef and Mac Cheese, with caramelized onions, diced pepperoni and cracker topping
