Troop 77 had an incredible week at Camp Wanocksett! From exciting adventures to earning merit badges, the boys accomplished so much. Most importantly, they built lasting friendships and created memories that will stay with them for years to come. What an amazing week!

Troop 77 started the week off with a bang! Nearly every Scout took on the challenge of preparing for either the Mile Swim or the Polar Bear Swim before heading off to several merit badge sessions. During patrol time, Scouts sharpened their skills at both the Shotgun and Rifle ranges before returning to even more merit badge classes.

The day wrapped up with the Sunset Summit hike, and our Scouts crushed it—reaching the summit in an impressive 3 hours! Scouts who chose not to participate in the hike gathered at camp for a Friendship Fire, enjoying skits, songs, and fellowship together.

The hikers are still making their way back to camp, and we're sure they're tired, but they've earned every bit of it after an incredible first day.

Way to go, Troop 77! Keep up the great work!

Patrol Iron Chef Cook-off!

All new dishes, never before made at camp, and they had to include surprise ingredients revealed just 2 minutes before cooking started.

What do you think of this menu? Wow!

* Caprese Salad with tomato, fresh mozzarella, balsamic drizzle

* Hand stretched pizza (pepperoni, and margherita) on home made dough, cooked in a pellet fired pizza oven. Cheese in the crust too!

* Raspberry Lime Ricky

* Golden Chili Beef and Mac Cheese, with caramelized onions, diced pepperoni and cracker topping
