SEPTEMBER IS HERE… which means Celebrate Hudson is getting closer! 🎉

We’re getting ready to fill downtown Hudson with local businesses, vendors, food, entertainment, activities, community organizations, friends, neighbors, and plenty of reasons to spend the afternoon downtown.

And the fun doesn’t have to stop at 5! Stick around for our Celebrate Hudson After-Party from 5–7 PM in the Avidia Bank parking lot on South St 🎶

Celebrate Hudson is all about what makes this community so special:
bringing people together, supporting local, discovering something new, and enjoying an afternoon right here in the heart of Hudson.

We’ll be sharing LOTS more over the next few weeks, including participating vendors, activities, entertainment, food and everything you need to know before September 19.

Downtown Hudson is jumping right into a busy new month! As students head back to school and our community settles into new routines, there are still plenty of opportunities to get out, connect, support local businesses, and enjoy the final weeks of summer.

Whether you’re celebrating back-to-school with brunch, looking for something fun to do with the family, meeting friends for dinner or drinks, enjoying live entertainment, getting creative, or simply looking for an excuse to stroll Main Street, there’s plenty to do downtown this week.

Join us in Downtown Hudson, MA on Saturday, August 29 from 4:00-7:00 PM for a free outdoor concert featuring The Recliners.

The Downtown Hudson Summer Music Series brings live music, local shopping, outdoor dining, and community together in the heart of Hudson, Massachusetts.

One of the things we love most about being part of the Hudson community and the Hudson Business Association, is the way local businesses support one another. 🤝

A BIG Thank-You to our next-door neighbor Teddy, owner of Scorpion Printing - for creating this awesome sign for Evolve Fitness & Nutrition! It will be displayed with the other local businesses along South Street and help more people discover our little fitness community. 💪

Much appreciation Teddy, for helping Evolve get noticed! We saw you everyday working very hard on these signs. It’s just proof that when we support each other, we ALL Grow Together ❤️

We’ve officially reached the last full week of August, but summer isn’t over yet! There’s still plenty of time to get out, enjoy Downtown Hudson, support local businesses, and squeeze a little more fun out of the season.

Whether you’re looking for somewhere to grab dinner or drinks, a little local shopping, live entertainment, something fun to do with the family, or simply an excuse to stroll Main Street, there’s to do downtown this week.

We're currently seeking volunteers for Celebrate Hudson 2026, taking place on Saturday, September 19, and we'd be incredibly grateful if you could share this opportunity with your members, students, employees, friends, family, or anyone looking to get involved in the community.

Celebrate Hudson is one of Downtown Hudson's signature annual events, bringing together thousands of residents and visitors for an afternoon celebrating everything that makes our community special. The event features local businesses, nonprofit organizations, artists, makers, food vendors, live entertainment, family activities, and much more.

It takes a tremendous community effort to make an event of this size possible, and volunteers play an essential role in creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience for everyone who attends.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to assist throughout the day with tasks such as:

• Event setup and breakdown
• Vendor check-in and assistance
• Welcome and information stations
• Children's activities and family areas
• General event support and wayfinding
• Helping ensure the event runs smoothly across downtown

🕛 Volunteer shifts available throughout the day (flexible scheduling available)
🎉 Event Hours: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Downtown Hudson, MA

Volunteer hours may be used toward community service requirements for schools, National Honor Society, Junior Honor Society, scout programs, and other community service initiatives. We're happy to sign verification forms at the event.

We encourage everyone to come downtown on September 19 to shop local businesses, discover community organizations, enjoy live entertainment, meet local makers, and spend the afternoon celebrating Hudson with friends and neighbors.

Celebrate Hudson is possible due to the support of many dedicated volunteers, businesses, sponsors, and community partners. Every person who volunteers, shares this opportunity, or attends the event helps make it a success.
