Always learning, always growing! 🌱

Last week, Amy spent time at the Midwest Community Land Trust Conference. While there, she gathered valuable info and networked with other likeminded builders, developers, and business owners.

Yes, a big part of housing development is BUILDING homes...but equally important is building relationships! The landscape of our work is constantly changing—and when it does, we want to be ready to meet any challenge.

It's official: yesterday, we broke ground on the land that will be Bethel on Burkhart!!! ✨🍾 🎉

Thank you to our incredible team; our builder, Norfolk Homes, and our partner Lake Trust Credit Union for making this project possible for the people of Livingston County. We believe everyone should have access to housing they can afford, and these four new homes are propelling that mission forward.

Stay tuned for updates and more good news—we're just getting started!
