Adult & Teen Challenge Northeastern Wisconsin We plan to offer a residential, faith-based recovery program for men 18+ who struggle with life-controlling and chemical dependency issues.

The mission of ATCNEW is to help individuals attain freedom from chemical addictions and other life-controlling issues by addressing their spiritual, physical, and emotional needs. Our one-year program is designed for those needing time and space to find freedom and healing to reclaim their lives and families.

We are hiring Part-Time Direct Care Staff for weekend overnight shifts.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for human services, ministry, or residential care who wants to make a meaningful impact without a full-time commitment.

What you'll do:
• Supervise and mentor clients in a 12-month residential rehabilitation program
• Provide spiritual care
• Conduct security checks, morning wakeups, and respond to client needs overnight

Overnight Shift Premium
Schedule: Part-time, weekends, overnights

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma (or GED), 2+ years of sobriety, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.
