✨ This empowering workshop series is designed for girls ages 13–17 and focuses on: 💖 Building confidence & self-esteem

🌟 Strengthening self-worth & body positivity
🧠 Challenging negative self-talk

The hustle. The pressure. The deadlines. The endless to-do lists. The stress over things that, in the moment, feel so heavy. đź–¤
And then… you walk into a place like MD Anderson. 🏥

You put that medical band around your wrist.
And suddenly, reality has a way of humbling you. 🎗️

You look around and see fighters. Survivors. Families holding onto hope. đź’• People battling for their lives with strength most people could never imagine. And in that moment, all the noise from the outside world gets quiet.

It reminds you of what truly matters.
