Nurturing the next generation of aspiring artists is at the heart of ODP’s mission! Open Dance Project’s Pre-Professional Company, ODP2, work and train in contemporary dance techniques under the direction of ODP artists at , perform alongside ODP company members in our annual family production, and choreograph and perform their own works in The Young Choreographer’s Project each Spring. These experiences help to bridge the gap between studio training and professional proficiency, offering an unprecedented level of technical focus and creative exploration that challenges and expands the athleticism, creativity, and versatility of these pre-professional artists.
