Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to support board records, meeting minutes, agendas, and board communication.

✨ Director of Communications
Someone who can help strengthen ALAYA’s visibility, storytelling, social media presence, email messaging, and community outreach.

The G.O.O.D GIRLS Mentoring Program (Going Over Obstacles Daily) empowers girls ages 11–17 through mentorship, life skills training, leadership development, and emotional support. We provide a safe space for girls to build confidence, set goals, and grow into strong young women prepared to lead, serve, and succeed in life. Our focus is on connection, resilience, and personal growth.

What does community look like to you?
Community looks like people showing up for one another, not just when things are easy, but when support is needed most.

For ALAYA Ministries, community looks like mentoring our youth, supporting families, encouraging women, serving underserved neighborhoods, creating safe spaces for healing, and reminding people they are seen, valued, and not alone.
