A Houston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit using soccer, mentorship, and education to help children and teenagers build discipline, confidence, and purpose.

Through our Right to Play model, we keep access affordable so no child is left out. Midas Football Academy is a mission-driven project that provides mentoring services to children and teenagers in Houston and its metropolis. We use the tool of soccer as a focus in three areas to discourage at-risk tendencies and provide a purposeful life path for our youths. MFA served over 250 children, teenagers, and young adults in 2023 alone, through our various outreach programs.

Big news from Midas Football Academy!

We are proud to announce that we have earned the 2026 Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency, the highest level of recognition a nonprofit can achieve on Candid, one of the most trusted nonprofit accountability platforms in the world.

What does this mean? It means that Midas Football Academy has publicly shared our mission, programs, leadership, finances, board information, demographic data, and measurable impact so that every parent, donor, partner, and community member can see exactly who we are and how we operate.

We serve children and teenagers in Fort Bend County and Southwest Houston through soccer, mentorship, leadership development, and career readiness programming. We keep participation affordable through our Right to Play model because we believe no child should be left out because of money.

Today, we pause.

We remember the men and women who gave everything, not for recognition, not for reward but so that future generations could have the freedom to dream, to grow, and to become.

At Midas Football Academy, our work is built on that same spirit of sacrifice. Every coach who volunteers their time. Every parent who shows up. Every child who steps onto that field, they are proof that freedom, when honored, produces something beautiful.
