The G.O.O.D GIRLS Mentoring Program (Going Over Obstacles Daily) empowers girls ages 11–17 through mentorship, life skills training, leadership development, and emotional support. We provide a safe space for girls to build confidence, set goals, and grow into strong young women prepared to lead, serve, and succeed in life. To every girl who feels like she has to be strong all the time: it’s okay to pause. It’s okay to talk about what you’re feeling. It’s okay to ask for help.

Being strong does not mean holding everything in. Real strength is knowing when to speak up, slow down, rest, pray, journal, breathe, and reach out to someone you trust.

G.O.O.D. GIRLS is a safe space where girls are reminded that they are seen, supported, and never alone. Your feelings are valid. Your voice matters. And your mind deserves care too.
