Episode 3: Country & Community 🇺🇸🌸

Have you ever felt overlooked, delayed, or denied?

For 16 years, Master Sergeant Tricelle Nitcole Harden remained at the same rank. She was passed over for schools and told the timing wasn’t right. But instead of giving up, she turned every setback into preparation.

During that time, she earned her associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees while serving in the National Guard and contributing to her community.

Then, just 3 years and 6 days after finally pinning E-7, she achieved the rank of Master Sergeant.

That’s not luck. That’s God’s timing.✨

🎥 Episode 3 premieres at 9:08 A.M. CST on our YouTube channel.
