Emily’s leadership spans infrastructure, engineering, public service, and community impact. Her service has included leadership with the Government Affairs Committee of ACEC Houston and the Harris-Galveston Subsidence District, alongside a career dedicated to strengthening the communities she serves.

Leadership Houston is proud to spotlight **Scott Silvas**, South Texas Region President for Fifth Third Bank, as he helps lead a major chapter of growth across Texas.

Fifth Third is moving forward with plans for **150 new branches across the state** following its $10.9 billion Comerica acquisition, with Houston positioned to play a major role in that expansion.

Scott’s leadership is another example of LH alumni helping shape the future of Houston’s business community and the region beyond it.
