Getting to Know the Vision Behind Visit Hot Springs!

On Monday, October 19, Oaklawn Rotary was delighted to welcome Devin Heath, President and CEO of Visit Hot Springs, who shared his personal journey, what brought him to Hot Springs, and his vision for the future of our community.

Devin gave us insight into his goals for Visit Hot Springs, including promoting our city, strengthening tourism, highlighting the unique attractions that make Hot Springs special, and creating opportunities for growth and economic development. We appreciate him taking the time to share his experiences and give us a glimpse into the exciting possibilities ahead.

Hot Springs has so much to offer, and the future looks bright!

🚦 Oaklawn Rotary Club meeting on Monday Opened Roads to Progress! Oaklawn Rotary was excited to welcome the Our Roads Now Committee to our program for an informative discussion about the renewal of the road improvement sales tax.

We heard from our community leaders and representatives who shared insights on the importance of continued investment in our roads, infrastructure, and the future of our community. Joining us for this important conversation was Jack Porter, Forrest Spicher, County Judge Darryl Mahoney and City Manager Bill Burrough.

Our roads connect our neighborhoods, support local businesses, improve transportation, and help keep our community moving forward. This program was an opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and better understand how the renewal of the road improvement sales tax may impact Garland County and the surrounding communities.

At Oaklawn Rotary, we believe that informed citizens and engaged community members are essential to building a stronger future. We enjoyed the meaningful discussion, fellowship, and another opportunity to make a difference together!

Led by first-year Head Coach Justin Bigham, coming to Lake Hamilton from Cabot, the Wolves are bringing new energy and excitement to the field!
