Lulu has still not found her forever home. She remains in the shelter because she does have a little issue that needs to be worked through, she likes to chew on furniture 😩 even with toys, her previous foster mom did try to work with her on breaking this habit. I know telling on her doesn’t help her chances of getting adopted, but we must be fully transparent or she will get in a situation that doesn’t work out and we do not want her returned.
She is approximately 3 years old. She’s had babies before and was the best momma. She’s so sweet. She’s not more than 30 pounds. Good with kids. Heartworm negative and healthy. Please share Lulu.

I have an update for our friends who cared about our foster mom Darla’s situation. ❤️🐾

Brief reminder for context encase you missed the story, Darla lives in a very small portable building and her loft where she sleeps she has to climb a ladder, and it’s gotten to difficult for her to climb a ladder every time she goes to sleep, so we shared her fundraiser to help her figure out how to add on a bedroom for her.

Darla has now found a tiny portable building that she would like to attach to her current tiny house. She is so grateful for those who helped her get this far. She does still need materials and funds to connect to two, electric and finishing it out, but she is closer than she was before and now there is a set plan! Building will be there soon. Update; he is still at the vet and I’ll update soon as he makes it to the Rehabber. 🥺

I promise I’ll update on the sweet raccoon just as soon as he’s on his way to the Rehabber. He has been at the vet recovering. I promise I’ll share just as soon as he starts his new journey!! 🦝 ❤️

I understand this is not related to our page, however the seriousness of the situation brings me to share in hopes it will be seen by more people.

A friend of ours has been hit with the unfathomable, they are losing their child to cancer.

The fundraiser was originally to help their daughter through treatment, but its goal is now to help upcoming funeral expenses. 💔 😞

Hopefully he is strong enough for surgery today so he can start recovering! ❤️‍🩹

Well we have a raccoon at the vet, he was hit by a car😢 🚨

We have raised $25 as of 4:09 pm today. Still waiting on vet to call me, I’ve called a few times for updates. Not a good day.

Update:
He has a fractured femur. 😞
Will update when we know more on the best steps to take for him to get to the appropriate rehab, we’re working on figuring all of that out and will update tomorrow, we do have a place for him and will share when he makes it to his final destination.

If you’d like to help contribute to his vet bill he is at Lucky pet in Hot springs, and he will likely eventually end up at our main vet at all creatures, just trying to get everything sorted out last minute.

We are still looking for more kennels since many of ours are depreciating.

Facebook marketplace and swap shops is kind of a nightmare full of scams or people that won’t reply back, so we are just looking to purchase some from tractor supply.

We appreciate any help SO MUCH. We know rescues ask a lot, I’m sorry 😩 but we can’t do big things without big help.

ANY help towards kennels is appreciated. Used is great as well if you know where any are we will pay for used in good condition.

🦝 Also, I’ll update on the raccoon later today, I’ve had people asking and I promise I’ll do an update asap.
