Eclipse in Aries energy is still alive and well over here 🌑

If you were in the direct path of totality, don’t be surprised if you’re still feeling the energy for a few days or even weeks.

Be sure you’re getting plenty of rest & honoring your grounding + self care practices.

A few of our go to grounding practices:
- earthing barefoot for at least 5 mins
- hot bath with epsom salts
- yin style yoga
- deep breathing, inhaling through the nose and out of the mouth with audible exhales
- stream of consciousness writing or journaling

And remember, this is an important time to release as well as a powerful time to set intentions along with the Aries new moon.

The inner work you do now has the potential to set the tone for the next 6 months.

And any where you have Aries in your chart will be esp heightened during this time.
