Thank you to Ms. Karen Reeves who did a yoga session with the YMOD this afternoon.

Our Promise offers yoga for cancer awareness with Karen Reeves. It is a tailored practice designed for cancer patients, caretakers and survivors to manage side effects, boost immunity, and reduce anxiety through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. It supports recovery by reducing fatigue, improving sleep, and helping individuals rebuild physical strength and emotional resilience. The YMOD did a great job today in their practice!

YMOD spent a few hours on this beautiful day to serve the community at Jackson House. They assembled Easter baskets and lunches. They broke down cardboard boxes and carried in heavy delivery boxes. The YMOD had lots of tasks to do today! They worked very hard! So proud of them!👏👏👏👏

Flags were placed for Veterans Day but need to be taken out due to cemetery rules! We appreciate these boys and families who took time out of their early Saturday morning to help take out flags!
