๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: When you arrive at the venue and present your ticket for admission, you will be given your autograph tickets for that evening. There will be a different ticket for each athlete and are only allowed 1 autograph per athlete. You must present your ticket to the committee member sitting with the athlete to get your item signed. Please ensure you keep track of these, as there will ๐ง๐จ๐ญ be replacements available if one is lost.
With the rising costs of appearances, travel, and overhead, as well as, working within contractual obligations, the 1 ticketed autograph per person rule was made necessary. This event is a fundraiser for local Special Olympics and local youth sports organizations, and we do our best to bring great names at an affordable price and make it enjoyable for all, while still ensuring everyone will get to meet the athletes and get an autograph. The athletes appearing will still be available for seated photos at their tables (meaning, after you get your item signed, you get a quick photo with them, however to try and keep the line moving as efficiently as possible, we will not ask the athletes to stand every time.)
New auction format! We will not be doing any live auctions during the event this year. All items will be a Chinese auction format that you can purchase tickets for at our merchandise table. If your ticket is drawn as a winner, we will text you during the event to come pick up your prize. Please be sure to bring cash for the tickets, raffles and merchandise for sale.
We will again have photos, cards, jerseys and other items for sale of the athletes appearing. If you are in need of items to get signed, these will all be available at the merchandise table. Please note that the sale of these items help us continue to raise funds to donate back into our community. See you Saturday!
