๐ŸŽจ๐ŸŒˆ Learning has never been so colorful (or delicious)! ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŽจ

Children across all of our Tri County YMCA Early Learning Centers explored the magic of color mixing using yogurt and paint! Our little learners had a blast discovering how primary colors combine to create new colors while engaging their senses through hands-on play.

From painting colorful masterpieces to tasting their vibrant creations, this activity was the perfect combination of art, science, and fun. Watching the excitement on their faces as colors changed before their eyes was truly priceless!

A special shout-out to our Music and Arts Director, Rebecca, for coming up with this amazing activity and sharing her creativity with our centers. Thank you for helping make learning engaging, hands-on, and memorable for our children!

Today, the children from the Tri County YMCA of NY Whitesville Early Learning Center enjoyed a fun-filled field trip to a local strawberry patch! The children had a wonderful time exploring the fields, learning where strawberries come from, and picking their own fresh berries straight from the plants.
There were lots of smiles, laughter, and excitement as our little learners filled their baskets and experienced hands-on learning in nature. Field trips like these help children connect with the world around them while creating memories that will last a lifetime.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make today's adventure possible. We can't wait to enjoy all the delicious strawberries we picked! ๐Ÿ“โ˜€๏ธโค๏ธ
