Looking to improve your swimming skills, build endurance, and have fun in the water this summer? Join the Hammerheads Summer Swim Camp!

Led by experienced swim team coaches Jazz Widney and Nicole Miller, this 3-day-per-week program is designed to help swimmers strengthen their technique, conditioning, and overall performance. Participants will spend two days each week training at the James St. Pool and one day at the Hornell Area Family YMCA focusing on dryland conditioning and strength training.
