As we wrap up 2025, we would like to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone for their generous donations, fundraising support, and all-around efforts in helping us achieve our goals throughout the year. Your continued support truly makes a difference.

As we welcome a brand new year, K9 Smitty and the K9 Benefit Fund would like to wish everyone a happy, healthy, and safe New Year!

Looking ahead to 2026, our goals include:
• Continuing advanced training and equipment needs for K9 Smitty
• Expanding our community outreach and youth programs
• Hosting more fundraising events to give back locally

The K9 Benefit Fund is proud to announce two donations made to support our local youth athletes — the Canisteo-Greenwood Girls Wrestling Team and the Hornell Girls Wrestling Team.

Giving back to our communities is at the heart of what we do, and supporting our youth programs is an investment in their future. These athletes work hard, represent their schools with pride, and continue to break barriers in their sport. We’re honored to play a small role in their success.

Thank you to everyone who supports the K9 Benefit Fund — your generosity not only helps provide for K9 Smitty’s training and equipment needs, but also allows us to give back to the young people who make our communities stronger.

🐾 K9 Benefit Fund – Chicken BBQ Thank You! 🐔🔥

This Wednesday’s Chicken BBQ was a huge success — we served nearly 300 meals! Including providing over 18 Free meals to some families in need during hard times! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us, and a special thank-you to all of the volunteers who worked hard to make the event run smoothly. We truly couldn’t do it without you.

All proceeds from this fundraiser go directly toward supporting K9 Smitty, including her equipment, training needs, and ongoing care. Your support also allows us to give back to youth programs right here in our community.

Stay tuned — we’ll be sharing more soon about how we’re giving back and continuing to make a positive impact together!
