From the first tee to the final celebration, it was an incredible day filled with connection, friendly competition, and plenty of aloha. We are grateful to all the golfers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and hospitality professionals who came together to make our signature event such a success.

Raquel is a Sales Manager at Ka Laʻi Waikiki Beach, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Hilton's luxury LXR debut in Hawaiʻi. She built her sales career in Guam, with banquet and group-sales roles at Sheraton Laguna Guam and Lotte Hotel Guam, before bringing that Pacific-islands hospitality to Waikiki.

Join us in welcoming Pepper Dombroski to HSMAI Hawaiʻi.

Pepper is Director of Sales & Marketing at Royal Lahaina Resort & Bungalows, back on Maui after a 35-year career that’s taken her from Grand Wailea to The Broadmoor to Rancho Bernardo Inn. A self-described “Maui event expert,” she’s spent decades producing incentive, sales, and association meetings at some of the country’s most storied resorts.

In 2023 she was inducted into the Smart Women in Meetings Hall of Fame, the capstone on a long list of sales and leadership honors.
