✨ FREE & FULLY ALIVE ✨

This Wednesday at Celebrate Recovery, we’re honored to welcome Jerri Vandergriff as she shares her testimony of freedom, healing, and the power of God to break chains that reach far beyond our own lives.

Jerri describes herself as “a grateful believer and seeker of HIS Kingdom.” Her story is one of walking through the crushing, trusting God’s guidance, and finding victory over alcohol addiction.

In her words:

“Through GOD’s crushing and guidance, HE gave me victory over alcohol addiction. HE closed the doors for myself and my bloodline and broke generational curses off. I walk in freedom in JESUS’ name! I am truly FREE and FULLY ALIVE!” 🙌❤️

Your story doesn’t have to end where the struggle began. Chains can be broken. Doors can be closed. Generational patterns can end. Freedom is possible.

Come hear Jerri’s story and join us for an evening of worship, testimony, fellowship, and recovery. Whether you’re celebrating years of freedom, fighting for your first day, or simply looking for hope, there is a place for you here.

Celebrate Recovery is MORE than drugs & alcohol. ❤️‍🩹

One of the biggest misconceptions about Celebrate Recovery is that you have to struggle with drugs or alcohol to belong here.

You don't.

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, safe place where we can face life's hurts, hang-ups, and habits from A to Z, with Jesus Christ leading the way.

Maybe your struggle is anger.
Maybe it's anxiety.
Maybe it's codependency or control.
Maybe it's grief, fear, forgiveness, food issues, gambling, people-pleasing, po*******hy, relationship struggles, resentment, or something you've never told anyone about.

You don't have to wait until your life is falling apart to ask for help.

We ALL have something.

And at Celebrate Recovery, you don't have to pretend that everything is okay. You can find a Forever Family that will walk alongside you as you pursue healing, freedom, and a deeper relationship with Jesus.

📖 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 NIV

🙏 Let's pray:

Jesus, thank You for meeting us exactly where we are. Give us the courage to face the areas of our lives that need healing and the humility to ask for help. Break down the walls of shame, fear, and isolation that keep us from experiencing the freedom You have for us. Surround us with people who will encourage us, challenge us, pray with us, and point us back to You. Lead the way as we take our next step toward healing.

In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏

No matter what letter of the alphabet your struggle begins with, there's a place for you at Celebrate Recovery.

This Wednesday at Celebrate Recovery, Judy Robinson will be leading us through the lesson “Crossroads.” ❤️

Judy has a heart for serving others and stays busy putting that heart into action! She serves in the choir, has recently stepped into the role of kitchen supervisor, helps feed both ShowerUp and Celebrate Recovery, and serves through the bread ministry. She is also preparing for another exciting step in her ministry journey as she will be ordained this September!

For Wednesday’s lesson, Judy will be sharing something she believes many of us need to learn: how to quiet the chatter in our minds and understand what it truly means to take every thought captive.

We all come to crossroads in our lives, moments when we have to decide which direction we're going to take. Sometimes the loudest battle isn't happening around us at all. It's happening between our ears. What happens when we stop allowing every thought to have the final word and start bringing those thoughts under the authority of God?

Come join us Wednesday night as we dig into Crossroads together. Whether you're celebrating years of recovery, struggling through today, or simply looking for a place where you can be honest about life, there is a place for you here.

Every one of us has a story. Some chapters are filled with joy, while others are marked by pain, struggle, and moments we never imagined we'd make it through. But God has a way of taking even the darkest seasons and writing something beautiful through them.

This Wednesday, we're honored to have Brandon Rutledge share the story of what God has done in his life. In Brandon's own words:

"We never really know the impact our stories will have on someone's heart. But if my journey can offer even one person caught in the chokehold of darkness a spark of hope, a glimpse of light, or the courage to keep going, then I'm grateful.
I was lost for years, wandering in the same darkness that now surrounds the peers I have the honor of serving. And like Paul said, I was the chief of all sinners. I relate to that all too well.
I'm not here because I got it right. I'm not here because I knew where to go or how to reach it. I'm here because He is faithful, more than able, and He turned what I thought would only ever be a distant fable into a living reality. For that, my heart is overflowing with gratitude."

Join us this Wednesday, August 12, and come hear the rest of Brandon's story. Whether you're struggling yourself, supporting someone you love, or simply looking for hope, there's a place for you at Celebrate Recovery.
