Have you ever felt like life knocked the wind out of you?
This Wednesday at Celebrate Recovery, we'll hear from Barbara Floyd as she shares her journey through grief, loss, healing, and hope.
After the passing of her husband in 2020 and the loss of her son to a fentanyl overdose in 2021, Barbara found herself searching for support and healing. She was introduced to Celebrate Recovery at an overdose awareness event at Abba's House in August 2022 and began attending in March 2023.
What she discovered was that Celebrate Recovery isn't just for addicts and alcoholics. It's for anyone dealing with life's hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Through the love of Christ, the support of servant leaders, and a caring recovery community, Barbara found encouragement, healing, joy, peace, and a place to belong.
Her story is a beautiful reminder that God can meet us wherever we are, no matter our age, our circumstances, or our past.
If you've been looking for hope, healing, or simply a place where people genuinely care, come join us this Wednesday. There is someone ready to love on you from the moment you walk through the door.
