We believe the Gospel of the kingdom must be PROCLAIMED to all ethnic groups to COMPLETE the Great Commission. Proclaiming the Gospel includes both WORD and DEED – the FULL ANSWER to fallen humanity. Jesus reveals this two-pronged strategy in that He both taught and met tangible needs. Truly the harvest is PLENTIFUL, but the workers few. The Holy Spirit desires his daughters and son

s to DISPLAY his truth and make a tangible DIFFERENCE in the broken world. We envision a Church, ABANDONED IN DEVOTION to Christ and His global purposes, moving the Good News to EVERY PEOPLE GROUP of the earth.

Forces fighting in the Middle East remain in great opposition to the idea of freedom for the people of 1ran.

These leaders and their soldiers have pledged their lives and devotion to a belief system that does not allow compromise. May they see Jesus and turn to Him before it is too late.

Recently an anti-conversion court case against Christians was struck down. Praise God!

A good judge handed down a great decision. In this case, a charge was filed in the name of an 80-year-old man (who had no idea about the case).

It was actually filed by a fundamentalist group who used the older man’s name. The judge saw through the deceit and cancelled all charges.

However, the two Christians still spent a month in jail while the case was being sorted out. Pray for true and righteous justice to prevail in S. Asia.

This past week terr. groups attacked cities in Mali. They killed many people including the Minister of Defense and many civilians. A similar attack was thwarted in another N. African country. Pray for the stopping and the salvation of those who seek to carry out such heinous acts of terror.

Pray for them in the uncertainty, and pray for strong, godly, permanent connections into this people group.

Please lift up the military conflict, the economic threats, and the spiritual strongholds that bind and blind Middle Eastern leaders.
Spiritual strongholds can be broken with prayer and fasting.

Pray also that the Middle Eastern people will know how and when to establish a new nation. This week is a pivotal time for Christians to pray into these nation.

We knew the literacy was expanding the Church nicely, but we just confirmed that far above 150 house churches have formed through the literacy groups in recent months.

Pray for both increased literacy and for continued hot hearts for Jesus.

Last month during one of the VFV seminars in South Asia, an 18-year-old woman broke down in tears and confessed her abortion.

She proclaimed her great guilt publicly and shared her desire to never repeat that horrible sin. Praise God and pray for more!
