10/40 Connections We multiply disciples who make disciples of all nations. We do so by connecting and equipping the Body of Christ and engaging the least reached.

OUR GAMEPLAN
We believe the Gospel of the kingdom must be PROCLAIMED to all ethnic groups to COMPLETE the Great Commission. Proclaiming the Gospel includes both WORD and DEED – the FULL ANSWER to fallen humanity. Jesus reveals this two-pronged strategy in that He both taught and met tangible needs. Truly the harvest is PLENTIFUL, but the workers few. The Holy Spirit desires his daughters and sons to DISPLAY his truth and make a tangible DIFFERENCE in the broken world. We envision a Church, ABANDONED IN DEVOTION to Christ and His global purposes, moving the Good News to EVERY PEOPLE GROUP of the earth.

Praise God that in anEast Asian nation, one religious prisoner was released in July after 9 months detention. However, 8 other leaders remain in prison.

These brothers and sisters have 2 lawyers each. Of those 16 lawyers, 4 have been forced to leave or resign, and pressure is being applied to entire law firms to cease operations.

Pray for godly justice and protection for these believers and their legal teams.

Even after the recent devastating flood (1,300+ died and 4,900 still missing), Nepal still suffers from mudslides, landslides, and high river levels.

Pray for Christians involved in rescue, recovery, and relief. May local Christians be the hands and feet of Jesus in the midst of these trials. May many call out to the Most High God!

This may not sound exciting… but it is! Praise God for Daniel K. who has graciously developed a system for 10/40 field partners to easily send reports, numbers, pictures, quotes, and stories in a way that allows us to quickly file, access, and analyze various projects.

The system will make it easier to provide data for those who want to know specific metrics on any project.

Pray for the children and parents in one South Asian country suffering a mosquito-borne outbreak of dengue.

Many parents are unable to do their day-labor jobs and are taking on crippling loans leading to further long-term debt or indentured servitude.

One S. Asian country passed this act, which took effect on 26 Aug. Pray it will not dampen the growth of Jesus followers in the country.

Some churches now require that all attendees sign their names showing that they attend by their own free will and are not coerced.

As expected, anyone who is paid/coerced to become a follower of this country's majority religion is celebrated with money, gifts, flowers, candy, and more. May the Holy Spirit draw millions of S. Asians to Jesus in spite of the opposing deceit and bribary.

In the last 6 years over 200 cases of "girl stealing" have been brought to authorities in one S. Asian country. Pray for an end to this kidnapping, forced conversion, and forced “marriage.” Pray for God’s justice to drive out all injustice.
