This past Sunday was our first meeting of the year and we could not be more excited! It was amazing to see so many new members who care so much about mental health! We are filled with joy to see how many people care about making a difference in our community. We cannot wait for another amazing year❤️

Not every day is exciting, productive, or picture-perfect, and that’s okay. Life is made up of quiet moments, slow days, healing, growth, setbacks, laughter, and everything in between.

Join True Colors Studio at the Mental Wellness Expo! We’re bringing our age specific coloring books, creative stations, and plenty of treats to help kids connect with their feelings in a fun, healthy way. We’re here to make mental health colorful!

Join us at the Mental Wellness Expo and learn more about The Willow House. The mission of Willow House is to provide grief support and education for youth, families, schools and other communities grieving the death of a parent, sibling, or child. Their free services are where hope lives and healing begins, providing space for people to grieve in companionship with others who share a similar loss. Their vision is that no child, teen or parent grieves alone.

IMPORTANT REMINDER!!! You will need to bring a yoga mat for some of the activities during the Mental Wellness Expo. Bring your own, borrow a friend’s, or switch off with someone at the event. It’s important that you have a mat ready to go.
