A historic show for a historic group. The Art Center is proud to welcome the Illinois Watercolor Society for a final exhibition opening on Saturday.

Established in 1981, the Illinois Watercolor Society’s mission has been to advance the education and caliber of watercolor painting throughout Illinois. The Society’s inaugural exhibition was held at the Redfield Estate at The Grove in Glenview, Illinois in 1982.

Join us for the free public reception and awards ceremony on Friday, June 26 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm.

TAC will have a tent at this fest with teacher, demos, and merch at this special community event hosted by Amdur Productions.

Celebrate Pride month at The Art Center Highland Park with Drag performers, a DJ, Tea & light desserts!

𖧹 Sunday 6/14: Drum Circle with Noah Plotkin
Join us on the TAC lawn with drummer Noah Plotkin to kick off your Sunday morning with music! Enjoy the Arts on Sheridan fest afterwards.

𖧹 Wednesday 6/17: Highwood's Pride in the Park
A celebration of love and community.

𖧹 Thursday, 6/18: Highland Park Wine Stroll
"Paint the giant Wine Glass" with TAC at this event hosted by the Highland Park Chamber of Commerce.

With an all new time! 6:30 to 8:00pm.

Summer is here, and it's time to get outdoors! Join us on the TAC lawn on the morning of Sunday, June 14 for a drum circle led by the talented Noah Plotkin.

Noah brings Afro-Cuban, Brazilian, and West African rhythms mixed with additional hybrid hand drumming techniques to Highland Park and beyond. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own drum if they have one, as there will be limited drums available to loan.
