Children in war zones need more than food and shelter.

They need reassurance, stability, and someone to care about their wellbeing.

Through our partnership with Save Ukraine, we help bring support that protects both hearts and minds.

War does not end when the headlines stop.

For children, its impact can last a lifetime.

In Ukraine, we support children and families affected by conflict — helping provide care, emotional support, and moments of comfort in the midst of uncertainty.

In Delhi’s Shakurpur Village, children came together through music, movement, and learning.

In these moments, joy returned. Confidence grew. Curiosity awakened.
When children are given space to express themselves and feel supported, something powerful happens — they begin to imagine a different future.

This is what wellbeing looks like.

This is why we show up.

Music has a way of reaching children where words cannot.

Through a special community initiative in Delhi, children experienced creativity as care — moments of connection that helped them feel seen, valued, and inspired.
A short documentary captures these moments of learning, laughter, and hope.

🌱 Food as Medicine isn’t just a trend. It’s a return to what truly nourishes us.

Last week at the Food as Medicine conference, one of my favorite topics took center stage: Agroforestry.

Did you know you’d need to eat eight oranges today to get the same nutrients as one orange 150 years ago? It’s not the fruit that changed; it’s the soil.

Modern farming has depleted the land, stripping away nutrients.

That’s why I seek out produce grown through agroforestry—a regenerative farming method that mimics nature by integrating trees, shrubs, and crops into a living, biodiverse system.

The result?
✔ Healthier soil
✔ More nutrient-dense food
✔ Greater resilience for people and the planet

When I choose food grown this way, I know I’m fueling my body with what it actually needs and supporting farming that heals the earth.

Traveling soon? Don’t let your energy crash halfway through the day.

Whether you're headed to a meeting or a wellness retreat, what’s on your plate matters—for your mood, focus, and stamina.

Here’s a simple travel-friendly food formula:

🍽️ Prioritize protein
Think wild-caught salmon, grilled chicken, or even a local fish you’ve never tried.

🥦 Add greens
Broccoli, spinach, bok choy—easy on digestion, packed with nutrients.

🍠 Stick to whole grains
Quinoa, sweet potatoes, millet = clean, slow-burning fuel.

🥫 Ask for sauces on the side
Control the sugar, oils, and additives—without missing the flavor.

🔥 Choose broiled or baked over fried
Your gut will thank you.

Pro tip: A simple plate of protein + veggies works almost anywhere—from hotel buffets to that one café that’s still open.

Need inspiration? Try these:
🥚 Vegetable Frittata
🍗 Quinoa Chicken
🥗 Warm Chicken and Roast Vegetable Salad

No stress, no elaborate prep—just good food that helps you feel good.
