GOOD NEWS: We are so thankful for everyone who has shown up during our big vet-bill catch-up fundraiser this past week. It has been HARD to get folks’ attention but those of you who have come through have helped more than we can say. We are glad to report that while we have a big vet care day ahead of us today, it's also the FINAL DAY to have your gift matched x3! This has been one of the toughest fundraising efforts we can recall. Platforms just aren’t showing our call for help to most of the people who follow the rescued animals here. We’re still behind on the amount we need to cover the vet costs that have built up so far this year. But right now donations are TRIPLE MATCHED, so we are hopeful we can still do it!

BREAKING!! We just had another supporter join our match, and TODAY all donations to the Sanctuary are TRIPLE MATCHED!

This has been a tough week — fewer people than usual have seen our emails and posts, so we're far from our $25,000 goal to cover medical expenses. And in the meantime we’re still having to prep for yet another long day of vet visits come Monday.

This match is SO IMPORTANT. If we can’t make up ground on our medical bills while we have this incredible opportunity to have funds matched, it will impact our ability to do other important work like rescuing animals in urgent need. The number of calls we get every day about animals is enormous and we are heartbroken when we cannot help.
