Say hello to AACA member Susan Morgan and her beautiful 1934 MG!

Susan's husband bought this charming British roadster back in 1972, and it's been lovingly restored to the way it rolled out of the factory — with one period-correct addition: a factory-option supercharger that bumps output from about 35 to nearly 50 horsepower.

MG stands for Morris Garages, founded in Abingdon, England. These spirited little cars became hugely popular after World War II, when American servicemen fell in love with them and brought them home.

Finished in Duo Green with an apple-green interior and cypress dashboard, this MG has earned AACA Junior, Senior and Preservation awards. Susan and her family even traveled to England several times to track down the original parts and tools that make it so authentic.

You never know what treasures you'll uncover at Hershey!

We caught up with Mike McCandless of Richmond Auctions, who shared one of his favorite finds from this year's AACA Eastern Fall Nationals — a stunning all-porcelain sign that's roughly 110 years old. Incredibly rare and in remarkable condition, it was sitting right out on a vendor's table.

As Mike explains, this is exactly what makes Hershey so special: "You're dealing with a demographic that loves old-school, shake-hands relationships." It's the kind of piece you'll never find on eBay or Facebook Marketplace — only by walking the rows and talking with fellow enthusiasts.

A longtime collector and AACA member, Mike also works closely with the AACA Library and its archives to help preserve automotive history for the next generation.

Eighteen perfect cars competed for AACA’s highest restoration honor this year. They were judged indoors at the NB Center for American Automotive Heritage in Allentown, PA.

The 2026 Zenith Award was awared to Ross & Beth Myers’ 1932 Packard 905 Twin Six coupe-roadster, restored by Stephen Babinsky. 🏆

Meet AACA member Ryan Nippert and his remarkable 1929 Franklin Long Wheelbase Sport Roadster!

This air-cooled, six-cylinder beauty has quite the backstory. It was purchased new just outside Philadelphia by George King, owner of a potato chip company — and its two-tone beige color scheme was chosen to mimic the look of a potato chip!

Built in Syracuse, New York (Franklins were produced from 1902 to 1934), this long-wheelbase Roadster features a folding windshield, door handles tucked inside for a sportier look, a rumble seat, and even a Spirit of St. Louis hood ornament — a nod to Franklin's ties to the aircraft engine industry.

Ryan has put 5,000 to 6,000 miles on the car in just four years, and hasn't broken down yet. As he says, "it's meant to be driven!"

Meet AACA member David Proudfoot and his pride and joy — a 1978 XC Ford Falcon Cobra, all the way from Australia!

One of just 400 ever built and one of only two in the United States, this Aussie muscle car was designed for the legendary Bathurst endurance races. It's all original, matching numbers, and in David's words still "runs and drives like a Timex." It's even a close cousin of the black Interceptor Mel Gibson drove in Mad Max!

From the backwards turn signals to the kilometer speedometer and the Cobra-specific Bathurst wheels, every detail tells a story — and in 2025, David's Falcon earned its AACA Senior award.

David has been coming to Hershey every single year since he was born in 1963. As he puts it, "If you want to look at cars, it's the best car show in the world."
