Last week, our community came together for a PRIDEWalk Event and covered our sidewalks with chalk art.

And today? The walk kept right on going.

Folks grabbed some chalk and added even more art to our walkways to celebrate Pride.

Everyone belongs here, and our sidewalks are proof. 🏳️‍🌈💛

Yesterday, VHBG celebrated Pride month with the raising of the Progress Pride flag, and our 5th annual PRIDEWalk event! Staff and youth decorated the sidewalks with chalk, blew bubbles, and enjoyed pizza and music in the courtyard.

Guest Nights at VHBG are when staff from non-program teams are invited to dinner at our group homes.

We get to know the young people staying on our campus, see our counselors in their element, and learn about their household routines. And of course, enjoy a great meal and great conversation! It's an opportunity for youth to host, practice social skills and discuss whatever they want, like interests, personal goals and future plans.

Whether you're sitting down at the dinner table with us, volunteering your time or making a donation, it makes a positive impact on young people.

Our 37th Golf Classic was a record-smashing success! Together, despite the soggy weather, we raised over $100,000 for safe housing, therapeutic care, education, and life-changing support for young people. Stay tuned for more photos from the exciting day.

A fresh coat of paint and some thoughtful staging can go a long way-- and you helped make that possible! Thanks to our dedicated and volunteers, and generous supporters like you, the Campus Store reopened last week with a brand new refresh. Youth on campus are already enjoying "shopping" the store for clothes, household items, and other every day essentials thanks to your support.
