Yesterday's weather seemed determined to test everyone's commitment to volunteering. Between the wind, flying dust, and the occasional concern that someone might end up in the next county, the PVC crew had every reason to call it a day.
Instead, they rolled up their sleeves and got to work.
Despite the windy conditions, the crew made some fantastic progress installing siding on one of our home repair projects. Thanks to their hard work and dedications, this homeowner is one step closer to having a safer, more durable home.
We're incredibly fortunate to have a group like the PVC (Precision Volunteer Corps). Week after week, they show up ready to help, no matter what Mother Nature decides to throw at them. Their commitment, skill, and sense of humor make a tremendous difference for families we serve.
Thank you, PVC crew, for proving once again that it takes more than a little Montana wind to slow you down!
Interested in joining the PVC crew on Wednesdays? We'd love to have you! Reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator, Jeremy, at [email protected] to learn more about volunteer opportunities with Helena Habitat.
