Jordan Hewitt is a dedicated and compassionate leader at the Youth Maternity Home (YMH), where her commitment to supporting young mothers is evident in both her professional growth and daily work. Since joining Florence Crittenton just over a year ago, Jordan has demonstrated remarkable adaptability and initiative, steadily advancing from an on-call rehabilitation aide role to her current position as YMH Lead Staff.
Jordan is especially passionate about the diverse population served at YMH. She values the program’s ability to meet each client where they are, creating individualized approaches while maintaining clear expectations for all. This balanced, relationship-centered perspective is a cornerstone of Jordan’s work and helps foster an inclusive, structured, and supportive environment.
In her leadership role, Jordan takes pride in modeling healthy boundaries and building meaningful relationships with the young mothers in her care.
