Remember when the 2020 adult use cannabis campaign was delayed in gathering signatures by the onset of the COVID pandemic? We only had six weeks to gather all the signatures.

Time has helped us forget what an unprecedented public health environment we were in in 2020.

We were just coming out of COVID lockdown and had just been cleared to gather signatures for I-190 and CI-118 when we took these pictures in May of 2020.

Another one bites the dust. Our team has killed many bad bills this session and we pledge to keep on keeping on in the halls of the capitol til the session closes.

That's not the sun on our faces, that's the fresh glow of victory over more re**er madness proposals. The Montana Cannabis Guild team led by Ted and Pepper bask in the win over two bills that tried to take the power of cannabis votes out of the hands of the citizens. Not on our watch!

The Montana Cannabis Guild went head to head against the re**er madness crowd at the state capital today to fight a ridiculous proposed 15% THC cap on all available cannabis products.

The bills introduced in the Senate Business, Labor and Economic Affairs Committee on Thursday represent philosophical shifts from the regulatory framework lawmakers put in place in 2021.
