Named after late Mayor Kay McKenna, the Kay McKenna Youth Foundation mission is to be the primary funding source for Kay’s Kids: Youth Summer Recreation Program (in partnership with the City of Helena). Mayor Kay McKenna’s dream was to have a safe place for the children of Helena to go during the summer and participate in sports, arts, and educational opportun
