Bravo Scholars are reaching an incredible milestone this spring — graduation.

For students with foster care experience, the road to a diploma is rarely a straight line. Financial gaps, unexpected expenses, and moments of uncertainty can derail progress when students are closest to the finish line.
But they didn’t stop.

With determination — and with steady support from the Bravo community — they kept going. And this season, they’re stepping into what comes next with the resilience and confidence they’ve earned.

We are so proud of each and every graduate.

As we celebrate them, we’re also preparing for the next cohort of students who will begin their college journeys this fall. Scholarship applications are already coming in, and we expect many more between now and the July 1 deadline.

Bravo’s scholarship application window is now open to students with foster care experience pursuing college or career training.

Every June, this moment reminds us why Bravo exists: to remove barriers that shouldn’t stand in the way of a young person’s future. Our scholarship program was created to support students as they transition from foster care into adulthood — and to ensure they don’t have to navigate college alone.
Whether a student is beginning their first semester or continuing their degree, our goal is the same: open doors, expand opportunity, and help them stay on track.
